Purple Pound Cake is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the powerful Sunset Sherbet X another unknown indica strain. Although its exact heritage isn't known due to a high level of breeder secrecy, this bud is also thought to be a member of the Purple family due to its gorgeous appearance. This bud has fat and fluffy grape-shaped olive green nugs with deep purple undertones, thin light orange hairs and a thick and frosty coating of tiny, purple-tinted white crystal trichomes.
