1. Age Verification & Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age OR at least 18 years of age with a valid medical marijuana recommendation to access our website, enter our retail location, or purchase any products from Golden State Greens.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, OR you are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid, state-issued medical marijuana recommendation or card
• You are a resident of or legally present in the State of California
• You will not purchase cannabis products for resale or distribution to others
• You will not provide cannabis products to any person under the legal age
• You understand that cannabis remains illegal under federal law

2. California Cannabis Regulations

Golden State Greens operates in full compliance with California's Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) and all applicable state and local regulations.

Purchase Limits

In accordance with California law, daily purchase limits are:

• Flower: 28.5 grams (1 ounce) per day
• Concentrates: 8 grams per day
• Edibles: Products containing no more than 100mg THC per package for adult use

Medical patients with valid recommendations may have different limits as permitted by law.

Consumption Restrictions

Cannabis products purchased from Golden State Greens:

• May NOT be consumed on our premises
• May NOT be consumed in public places
• May NOT be consumed while operating a motor vehicle
• Should only be consumed in private residences where permitted

3. Products & Services

All products sold by Golden State Greens have been tested by licensed California laboratories and comply with state regulations for potency, purity, and safety.

Product information, including THC/CBD content, is provided for informational purposes. Individual experiences may vary. We recommend starting with low doses, especially for new consumers.

No Medical Claims

Golden State Greens does not make any medical claims about our products. Our staff are not medical professionals. For medical advice, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable state and local taxes unless otherwise noted
• We accept cash, debit cards, and CanPay. Credit cards are not accepted due to federal banking regulations
• Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotional items

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cannabis products and California regulations:

• All sales are final once the product leaves our facility
• We cannot accept returns of opened products
• Defective products (e.g., faulty vape cartridges) may be exchanged within 7 days with original receipt and packaging
• Please inspect all products before leaving the store
